Jay Gelfman

Jay Gelfman, MBA, currently serves as Senior Vice President of Operations at MaxCyte, Inc. since September 2021, with previous roles including Vice President of Finance and Sr. Director of Financial Planning & Analysis. Prior to MaxCyte, Jay held the position of US Head of Finance and Global Financial Planning & Analysis at Innate Pharma. Jay's extensive experience also includes significant roles at AstraZeneca, including R&D Innovation Center Lead and Integration Management Office Lead, where financial strategies and integration processes yielded substantial savings. Jay's earlier roles encompassed financial leadership at MedImmune, Sprint Nextel, and Accenture, complemented by an MBA from the University of Maryland and a BS from Penn State University.
