Steven Frisk

Steven Frisk is a high-impact engineer and project manager currently serving as the Manager of Field Engineering Support at MaxCyte, Inc. They have a strong background in overseeing critical operational, manufacturing, and product development initiatives across regulated industries, including medical devices and aerospace manufacturing. Previously, Steven held various engineering roles at companies such as US Pharmacopeia, XP Power, and Pratt & Whitney, where they led process improvements and technical support projects. They earned a BS in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Connecticut and are pursuing a Certificate in Lean Manufacturing from the University of Michigan.
