Andy Payment

Andy Payment is an accomplished marketing executive with extensive experience in leading marketing strategies across various industries. As the Chief Marketing Officer at MAXEX since December 2019, Andy has spearheaded marketing and sales enablement for an innovative startup focused on trading residential home loans. In addition to this role, Andy serves as an advisor for Lazlo 326 and previously for Pickle Juice, while also founding Symbiom, a consultancy that provides fractional CMO services. Andy's prior experience includes significant leadership positions at Verifone, First Data Corporation, Edelman, and William Mills Agency, where strategic marketing and communications initiatives were implemented to enhance brand positioning and global capabilities. Educational background includes an MBA in Finance and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and English from Georgia State University.
