Daniel Baldwin

Mr. Baldwin is an independent director and head of the Compensation Committee at MAXEX. He brings many years of executive management, credit expertise, and asset management experience to the Company. He currently serves as CEO and Managing Partner of Baldwin Capital LLC, a family investment management firm. From 1998 to 2011, Mr. Baldwin was the founder, CEO, and Managing Partner of Stanfield Capital Partners LLC, a specialized credit investment management firm with assets under management at its peak in 2007 in excess of $35 billion. Stanfield was sold to The Carlyle Group in 2011. From 1985 to 1998, Mr. Baldwin was a Managing Director of Citicorp Investment Management and its successor, Chancellor Capital LGT Asset Management and served as head of all high yield products offered through the firm. From 1982 to 1985, Mr. Baldwin served as Chief Investment Officer and Senior Vice President of First Pyramid Life Insurance Company where he was responsible for investment strategies and their implementation. Mr. Baldwin received a BS/BA in Finance from the University of Arkansas.
