Steve Wilhoit

Steve Wilhoit is the Chief Risk Officer and Co-Founder of MAXEX, a position they have held since August 2012.

Previously, they were a Managing Director at Torchlight Investors from April 2009 to August 2012. Before that, they were the Senior Vice President at Ocwen Financial Corporation from December 1989 to March 1997.

In January 1999, they co-founded Lydian Data Services and served as its President until January 2009. From October 1986 to December 1989, they were an Associate at Trotter Smith & Jacobs.

Steve Wilhoit holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Virginia and a Doctor of Law from Wake Forest University School of Law.

Steve Wilhoit reports to Tom Pearce, Chairman, CEO & Co-Founder. They are on a team with Bill Decker - President, COO & Co-Founder, Clayton Greenfield - Managing Director, Credit, and Maloch Spivey - Managing Director, Loan Operations & Transaction Management.
