Maxfry GmbH is a specialized developer, manufacturer, and supplier of plant based additives for the thermal oxidative stabilization of frying and cooking oils. Since our founding in 2002, we have stood for the highest quality and scientifically backed solutions.

Our innovative products enhance the stability of vegetable oils and fats, extending their service life, reducing oil change intervals, and ensuring more efficient frying processes while improving the quality and texture of the final products.

In addition to our additives, we offer professional olive oil analysis using NIR spectroscopy, consultancy services for the food industry, and support in optimizing production processes related to frying and deep frying.

With an international focus and certifications such as IFS, Halal, and Kosher, we support oil producers, food manufacturers, and caterers worldwide on their path toward better, more sustainable, and more efficient frying processes.

We believe that when your oil performs at its best, your product can perform at its best too.
