Nicolas Hioco

Nicolas Hioco is currently the Responsable des Relations Humaines for the Région Nord at MaxiCoffee, where they implement company culture and HR strategy while overseeing recruitment, training, and employee relations. Previously, at Agora Group, they managed HR for 170 employees across nine companies, focusing on professional development, recruitment, and social relations. Nicolas acquired substantial experience in payroll and social law during their time at Nocibé and Keolis Lille Métropole. They hold a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Université catholique de Lille and are pursuing a law degree at Université de Lille.
