Stephane Crassard

Stephane Crassard serves as the Directeur Général for the Occitanie-Nouvelle Aquitaine region at MaxiCoffee, where they lead initiatives and innovations in the coffee industry for both professionals and consumers. They previously held positions in the agro-food sector and as Responsable du service conditionnement at Aoste, and as Directeur de production and Responsable Qualité at Groupe Codaralp. From 2011 to 2014, they held the role of Directeur d'Exploitation for the Sud Est region before advancing to regional director positions, culminating in their current leadership role. Stephane is passionate about team cohesion and embraces challenges in implementing change within their organizations.
