Chris Hardy

Chris Hardy is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the employment services sector, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Maxima Group since March 2023. Prior to this role, Chris held the position of Executive Manager Employment Services at Maxima Training Group (Aust) Ltd from March 2006 to March 2023, overseeing various disability employment initiatives. Chris also served as General Manager Employment & Training Services at Maxima Group Inc from September 2015 to September 2017 and as Corporate Services Manager at the same company from March 1998 to September 2007. Earlier in Chris's career, a role in Labour Market Programs at TAFE SA was undertaken from January 1995 to March 1998. In terms of education, Chris is pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Law at the University of South Australia and holds a GAICD from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, along with a Certificate IV in Business Administration and Management from TAFE SA.
