Rupesh Ghaghi

Rupesh Ghagi has a diverse work experience starting in 2007 as a Research Associate at Unilever, where they conducted research on surfactants and colloids to reduce water usage in laundry. In 2008, they founded Disha Edupoint, a mentoring organization. In 2009, they co-founded MAXIMESS, an IT and education company, where they served as a Founder Director until April 2021. Since April 2021, Rupesh has been working at Pragmatyc as the Chief Mentor and Storyteller, providing mentorship and utilizing their analytical skills for digital product entrepreneurship. In 2011, they also co-founded Akshar Amrut Bahuddeshiya Sanstha, a multi-purpose NGO focusing on education and healthcare, and in 2017, they co-founded Disha Urban Co-operative Credit Society, working to provide banking alternatives for marginalized members of society.

Rupesh Ghagi pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Physics from the University of Liverpool from 2023 to 2027. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Physics from the Department of Physics, University of Pune, from 2005 to 2007. Rupesh also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics, Electronics, and Mathematics from Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University, Nagpur, from 2002 to 2005. Additionally, they acquired various certifications in fields such as programming, sales, software design, agile leadership, and product management from institutions like LinkedIn, Udemy, and Scrum.org between 2021 and 2022.
