Jill Lyons

Jill Lyons has an extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Jill currently holds the position of SVP, Creative Operations at Maximum Effort, a production company led by Hollywood star Ryan Reynolds. Prior to this, they served as the Executive Vice President, Delivery at Hawkeye, a human experience agency under Publicis Groupe. Jill also worked at Allstate as the Head of Creative Agency Operations, where they implemented strategy and organization to the creative process. Before Allstate, Jill served as the Vice President, Business Operations & Production at Epsilon, focusing on data-driven creative production delivery. In the earlier years of their career, they held roles at Harpo Productions, Figel Public Relations, MTV Networks, and NewsWaves32.

Jill Lyons has a diverse education history. In 1996, they attended Homewood-Flossmoor High School, where they completed their high school education. Following that, from 2000 to 2004, they pursued a BA in Broadcast Journalism with a Political Science concentration at Pepperdine University. In 2013, they enrolled in The Second City Training Center, completing the Comedy Writing Program. Finally, in 2021, Jill completed the Strategic Change Management Program at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
