Vik Panda

Vik Panda is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations, strategy, and marketing within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Maximus, Vik oversees day-to-day operations with a focus on supply chain, customer success, and clinical operations. As a self-employed GM and consultant since 2007, Vik advises companies on market entry and business strategy, particularly in the U.S. healthcare ecosystem. Previous roles include General Manager at Thirty Madison, where Vik managed significant P&L responsibilities and developed new brands and capabilities, and Managing Director for North America at Dreem, where Vik played a pivotal role in transforming the company into a leader in digital health.
