Niall Ryan is an experienced communications professional with a strong background in internal communications, employee engagement, and wellbeing strategies. Currently serving as the Head of Internal Communications, Engagement, and Wellbeing at Maximus UK since July 2021, Niall leads a team overseeing communication strategies for a diverse group of colleagues. Previous roles include Head of Internal Communication & Engagement for the Department of Health and Social Care, where Niall established a new communications team during the UK's Covid-19 efforts, and Director of Internal Communications & Engagement at Asda, responsible for enhancing colleague communications and engagement. Niall has also held leadership positions at Harrods and AXA, and has a solid academic foundation with an Executive MBA from Cass Business School and a Diploma in Business Studies from the University of Galway.
