Peter Ball

Peter Ball is a Portfolio Performance Director with extensive senior-level experience in welfare to work programs, having worked at Maximus UK since 2006. In their role as Head of Performance, Peter drove the successful delivery of major contracts, providing critical performance insights and risk analysis. Prior to this, they held positions at Remploy Ltd, including Business Development Manager and FND Mobilisation Manager, where they contributed to bid writing and strategic partnerships. Peter began their career in service management at Astron, managing operations and exceeding performance goals. They graduated from Maghull High School in 1996.
