Bruce Caswell

Bruce Caswell is the President, CEO, and Director of Maximus. Bruce has over 25 years of experience in the public and private sectors. Bruce was previously the Vice President of Public Sector, State & Local Government, and Business Consulting Services at IBM. Bruce also served as the Manager of the Office of Government Services (OGS) at Price Waterhouse.

Bruce Caswell began their educational career by studying economics at Haverford College and then went on to study Politics, Philosophy & Economics (PPE) at the University of Oxford. After completing their studies, they worked as a public policy analyst for a think tank in Washington, D.C. before returning to school to earn their MPP from the Harvard Kennedy School.
