Caroline Casson is a seasoned venture capital and angel investor with a strong background in finance and business development. Having served as Principal at IrishAngels from 2018 to 2021, they continued to advance their career as a Partner at Vitalize Venture Capital from 2021 to 2025. Caroline's earlier experience includes participating in GE's Financial Management Program, where they completed roles in various financial sectors across multiple cities, and assisting in the incubation of a drone startup through GE Ventures. Currently, Caroline holds the position of Senior Director of Corporate Venture Capital at Maximus. They also earned a Master's Degree in Science Management from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Psychology from Boston College.
