Chris Carroll

Chris Carroll is an accomplished senior executive with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition at MAXIMUS since July 2007, Chris has been instrumental in managing global recruitment initiatives that resulted in hiring over 30,000 team members in FY2019. Previous roles include Vice President of Talent Acquisition, where strategic leadership was provided in consolidating talent acquisition efforts, and Senior Director of Human Capital, focusing on staffing solutions for health and federal services. Prior to MAXIMUS, Chris held key HR leadership positions at First Level Technology, leading operations for a Fortune 500 subsidiary, and worked as a recruiter and human resources manager in earlier roles. Academic credentials include an Executive Master of Human Resource Management from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Texas at Austin.
