Deron Clements

Deron Clements has extensive work experience in business development and growth. Deron is currently the Canadian National Leader for Business Development & Growth at Maximus Canada since January 2023. Prior to this, they were the VP of Business Development at Serco from November 2014 to December 2022. Deron also served as the VP of Business Development at KPMG Canada from April 2009 to November 2014. Deron's previous roles include Vice President of Business Development and Sales at Chartwell I.R.M. Inc. from April 2007 to April 2009, Director of Client Services at Chartwell I.R.M. Inc. from December 2004 to April 2007, Senior Account Executive at Burntsand from September 2003 to December 2004, Senior Account Executive at Information Balance from April 2001 to September 2003, and Account Executive at Information Balance from September 1999 to April 2001.

Deron Clements began their education at Carleton University from 1988 to 1991, although the specific degree and field of study are unknown. Deron later pursued further education at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford in 2018, where they completed the Serco Oxford Management Program.
