Eric Guerra has extensive experience in call center management and operations, holding significant leadership positions across multiple organizations. Beginning as a Call Center Manager at Gateway from May 1997 to August 2001, Eric continued to develop expertise in the role at Chubb Group of Insurance Companies until July 2003. After a brief tenure as Call Floor Manager at Cardinal Health, Eric served as Sr. Director of Global Account Operations at Sykes Enterprises, Inc. from December 2005 to October 2016, followed by a Vice President position at Omni Interactions, Inc. until February 2019. Currently, Eric serves as Sr. Director of Call Center at MAXIMUS, contributing a wealth of knowledge and experience in transforming virtual workforce operations.
