Evan Davis

Evan Davis is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in federal government services and customer experience management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President/Portfolio Executive for Federal Civilian at Maximus since October 2018, Evan specializes in technical innovation and customer delivery improvement for federal agencies, with notable projects including 1-800-Medicare and the 2020 Decennial Census. Prior to this role, Evan was Vice President of Strategy and Lean Management at General Dynamics Health Solutions, providing strategic leadership and expertise in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. With a strong analytical focus, Evan also held the position of Senior Director for Analytics and Business Intelligence at General Dynamics Information Technology, where oversight of Health Sector operations took place. Earlier experience includes directing operations for the Federal Trade Commission's Consumer Response Center at Lockheed Martin, with responsibilities for a substantial contract and leading software development teams. Evan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Indiana University Bloomington.
