Jill Trask has extensive experience in operations and business analysis, currently serving as the Director of Operations Support at Maximus since June 2005, where responsibilities include analyzing business needs, documenting processes, and ensuring compliance for health care insurance systems. Prior to this role, Trask was a Senior Business Analyst at QMT Solutions, successfully preparing a client for a Financial Audit in just two weeks. Trask also owned and managed a company as a Group Manager at Discovery Toys and worked as a Senior Principal at American Management Systems, with a focus on software development and business implementation for over a decade. Trask began a career as a Programmer Analyst at Arizona Public Services early on and holds a BS in Computer Information Systems from Arizona State University.
