John Jones

John Jones is an experienced IT professional with a career spanning several decades. Currently serving as IT Senior Director at Maximus since October 2016, John oversees 60 Service Desk technicians who support 4,500 users across three locations. Prior to this role, John held the position of IT Director at nfrastructure from November 2005 to September 2016, managing various support teams including Service Desk and Desktop Support. Additionally, John worked as a network manager on a contract basis with NYS CIO/OFT, and held overlapping roles in network management and customer service at PSINet, along with experience as a news editor and systems administrator at The Record in Troy, N.Y. John holds an education from Syracuse University from 1982 to 1985.
