Joi Shaw

Joi Shaw is a seasoned strategic leader currently serving as the Vice President and Managing Director at Maximus, where they apply creative, evidence-based approaches to drive thoughtful solutions in the mental health and healthcare industry. With prior experience as the Director of Women's Services at Renewal House from 2005 to 2014, Joi has developed strong skills in nonprofit organizations, budgeting, customer service, strategic planning, and business process improvement. They hold a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Argosy University and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
