Josh Jones has built a robust career in technical support and field services since earning a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Lamar University in 2014. At Maximus, starting in April 2018, Josh has advanced through roles from Desktop Support Specialist II to Sr. Desktop Support Specialist, and currently serves as Field Services Supervisor.
