Karin Bourassa

Karin Bourassa, PHR, CP, currently serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Maximus since June 2021, while also holding the position of Human Resources Director since May 2013. With nearly forty years of experience in human resources, Karin has previously worked as a Human Resources Manager at Carver Companies, where responsibilities included centralizing HR functions and ensuring compliance with regulations. Karin's career began at Federated Department Stores as an Area Sales Manager, followed by roles at Albany International as a Human Resources Representative and Customer Service Representative. Karin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from The College of Saint Rose, attained in 1988.
