Kevin Black

Kevin Black is the Senior Vice President of Human Capital at MAXIMUS. Prior to this role, Kevin held various Human Resources leadership positions at companies such as Dell, Perot Systems Government Services, SAIC, Lockheed Martin, TRW, Emerson Electric, and Pfizer. Kevin's extensive experience includes managing all aspects of HR, workforce planning, employee research, and strategic human resources direction. Kevin has a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Radford University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Radford University - College of Business and Economics.
