Michelle D'Mello

Michelle D'Mello is an accomplished professional in the field of software engineering, currently serving as the Senior Director of Systems Analysis and Test Management at MAXIMUS since August 2008. With extensive experience managing a testing shared services organization of over 100 resources globally, Michelle is responsible for systems and user acceptance testing governance on significant healthcare implementation projects. Previous roles include Director and Senior Manager positions in Quality Management at MAXIMUS, as well as Senior QA Lead Consultant at United Health Group, and various QA engineering roles at FileNet, JBA International, IVI, and Digitools. Michelle holds a Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M University, as well as Bachelor's degrees in Chemistry from the University of Mumbai and Information Systems from the University of Phoenix.
