Mike Hicks

Mike Hicks is a Senior Director and Program Manager with over 30 years of experience leading large-scale IT and operational initiatives for federal clients both domestically and internationally. Previously, they served as an Associate Partner at IBM, where they held multiple leadership roles in transformation delivery and business development, including significant projects for the USCIS and the U.S. Department of State. They also worked as a Senior Managing Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers, focusing on process reengineering and IT management support. Currently, Mike is a Senior Director at Maximus, effectively managing the Intelligent Virtual Assistant program and achieving high customer satisfaction scores.
