Stacey Au

Stacey Au is currently the Director of Customer Experience at Maximus, focusing on Total Experience Solutions and Services. With a strong background in customer and employee experience strategies, they have held various leadership positions in organizations such as HighPoint Global and Blackboard. Stacey's previous experience includes being a Senior Program Manager at Lockheed Martin and an Associate Director at the American Heart Association. They hold a BA in Theoretical Linguistics and two Master’s degrees in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication from Ohio University.
