Tom Hicks

Tom Hicks is an accomplished professional in external communications and policy, currently serving as the Head of External Communications and Policy at Maximus since October 2019. Prior experience includes leading communications and marketing for MAXIMUS UK's Employment, Skills, and Disability division and overseeing policy and public affairs at Remploy, one of the UK's largest disability employment organizations. Previous roles included positions with the Liberal Democrats and the House of Commons, where Tom Hicks gained expertise in media relations, stakeholder engagement, and political communication. Tom Hicks holds a BSc in Government from the London School of Economics and Political Science, attained in 2009.
