Volha T. has extensive experience in sales and quality assurance, currently serving as a Fellow at The Knowledge House since September 2022. Volha has been a Quality Assurance Specialist at Maximus since June 2019. Prior experience includes working as an Area Sales Manager at «Perfumery and cosmetics Plant «Sontsa», where significant achievements included exceeding sales quotas by 25% in 2013 and 30% in 2014, and increasing market share in the southwest sales region of Belarus. Volha also held a supervisory role at RTL-Holding, overseeing a sales team and implementing training programs. Volha's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in History from Brest State University and a certificate in language proficiency assessment from the American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages.
