Brady B. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management and employee engagement. As Co-Founder of MaximusLife since August 2013, Brady B. has focused on developing an employee-impact platform that enhances engagement in sustainability and purpose-driven programs. Concurrently, as Chairman of the Board at Axiom Talent & Rewards, Brady B. drives strategic initiatives in talent and rewards to optimize organizational performance. Prior to these roles, Brady B. held various positions at Aon Hewitt from January 2004 to May 2013, including S/W Region Leader and Executive Compensation Consultant, and served as Campus Wide Technology Operations Manager at Baylor University from August 2001 to December 2002. Brady B. earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems and Services, along with Professional Selling, from Baylor University.
