Celso Cifoni

Celso Cifoni has over four decades of extensive experience in operations and logistics management, currently serving as Operations Director for South America at Maxion Wheels since January 2007. Cifoni has held various leadership roles, including Plant Manager at four plants in Brazil and South Africa, and Production Manager at Limeira's Plant. Prior experience includes positions as Logistics Manager at Peguform and Eaton, where responsibilities encompassed logistics management, customer service, materials planning, and purchasing. Cifoni began a career at TRW Automotive, overseeing the start-up and management of a new business unit focused on steering gears and suspension components. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Logistics from FGV, along with an array of specialized programs at the University of Michigan and Fundação Dom Cabral.
