Sunil Mandem has extensive experience in advanced engineering and product development, currently serving as Director of Advanced Engineering for EMEA & ASIA at Maxion Wheels since November 2018. In this role, Sunil creates and owns the technology roadmap while leading a team of experts to align with customer needs. Previously, Sunil was the Department Head at SKF Group, overseeing engineering research projects in various technical fields such as tribology and fluid dynamics, and leading software development initiatives from September 2010 to November 2018. Prior to that, Sunil was a Senior Manager at Philips Consumer Lifestyle, managing the complete product lifecycle and mentoring a team of engineers from 2007 to 2010. Educational background includes a Master of Science in Automotive Systems Engineering from RWTH Aachen University and a CDF in Data Science from Accredian.
