Herda Othman has extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as a Learning Partner specializing in Digital Learning Analytics at Maxis since March 2016, where the role focuses on fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaborating with stakeholders to design effective learning strategies. Prior roles at Maxis include L&D Operations Specialist and Learning and Development Associate, where notable achievements include a successful LMS migration. Earlier experience at the Asian Aviation Centre of Excellence involved quality control and scheduling for aviation training, complemented by administrative roles at Malaysia Airlines that emphasized employee management and operational support.
