Steven has held pivotal positions such as Associate Director at PEMANDU for Malaysia's Economic Transformational Programme and played significant roles in the merger of Celcom and Digi, as well as in various regulatory affairs while at Telenor. With a background in Aerospace Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, they possess a broad skill set that includes business acumen, financial literacy, and expertise in digital economies.
