Carolyn D. Beaver

Carolyn Beaver is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in audit and corporate governance. Currently serving as the Director and Audit Committee Chair at Sonendo®, Inc. since November 2021, Carolyn also holds positions as Audit Committee Chair and Board Member at MaxLinear and MediciNova, Inc., along with a prior role as a Board Member at Organovo Holdings, Inc. Carolyn's past experience includes serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Sequenom, where responsibility encompassed various operational functions until Sequenom’s acquisition by LabCorp. Additional roles have included Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at Commerce National Bank and Corporate Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer at Beckman Coulter, Inc., where Carolyn led financial integration post-acquisition. Carolyn began their career at KPMG as an Audit Partner, focusing on healthcare and life sciences clients. Carolyn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting from California State Polytechnic University.
