Dayanand Paramane started their career as an R&D Engineer at Scope T&M in 1997. Dayanand then worked as an Engineer at NCRA-Tata Institute of Fundamental Research in Pune, India from 1998 to 2000. Dayanand joined Paxonet Communications Inc. as a Lead Design Engineer from 2000 to 2004. Paramane then moved on to Conexant, where they worked as a Functional Manager-DFT from 2000 to 2008, leading a team of DFT Engineers and implementing DFT Architecture for ASICs. Dayanand worked as a Project Lead at Texas Instruments from 2008 to 2009. Paramane joined Mindspeed Technologies in 2009 and held various roles, including Manager VLSI Engineering and Group Lead, where they were responsible for hands-on design execution, Defining DFT specs, implementation, and verification. Dayanand is currently employed at MaxLinear as a Principal ASIC Design Engineer since 2013.
Dayanand Paramane completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electronics at the Tatyasaheb Kore Institute of Engineering and Technology in Warnanagar, Kolhapur. Dayanand attended the institute from 1993 to 1997.
