Emily Feagle

Emily Feagle is currently serving as Associate General Counsel at MaxLinear and has extensive experience in legal and business affairs, with specialties in contracts, corporate law, securities, M&A, and governance. Prior to joining MaxLinear in 2023, Emily held various positions, including General Counsel at Viasat, Inc., and Associate General Counsel at Anacomp. Emily began their legal career as an Associate Attorney at Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth and later worked at Pepper Hamilton LLP. They earned a J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law and a B.A. in American Studies from Smith College.
