Giby Samson

Giby Samson is currently a Senior Foundation IP Manager at MaxLinear, with over 20 years of experience in foundational research and industry leadership. Previously, Giby held positions at Qualcomm, including Principal Engineer, where they specialized in low power circuit design and methodology for SoC level PPA optimization. Giby began their career as an ASIC Design Engineer at Wipro Technologies and has also worked at AMD and Intel. They earned a PhD in VLSI Design from Arizona State University, where they were involved in both graduate research and assistant roles. giby's educational background also includes a B.Tech from the National Institute of Technology Calicut.
