Mila Tan

Mila Tan is a Staff Digital IC Design Engineer at MaxLinear, where they have worked since 2021. They previously served as a Research Assistant at the University of California, San Diego, focusing on designing an FPGA-based controller for a bio-electronic chip. Mila also gained experience as a Researcher at the SYSU-CMU Shunde International Joint Research Institute and as an HLS Engineer at JetIO Technology Ltd., where they worked on various digital design projects. They obtained a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of California, San Diego, following a Bachelor of Science from the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
