Rick Nolan is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in global hiring and talent management. As the Director of Global Recruitment at MaxLinear since June 2012, Rick oversees the annual hiring of 400 employees across various roles in North America, Asia, and Europe. Prior to this role, Rick served as the Selling Branch Manager at Kimco Staffing, where responsibilities included recruiting and business development. Rick's career also includes a tenure as Director at RembrandtAdvantage, where advancements in recruitment technology were made, and a position at Remedy Intelligent Staffing, where significant operational implementations and staff training were managed for major clients. Rick holds a BA in English and Art History from Marist College and has also attended the University of York.
