Sam Lightbody

Sam Lightbody is a Senior Staff RF/MS IC Design Engineer at MaxLinear, where they have advanced their expertise in integrated circuit design since 2023. Previously, they held various roles at MaxLinear and gained valuable experience as a Staff RF/MS IC Design Engineer. Sam's education includes a Master of Applied Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering with a focus on RF and Analog Integrated Circuit Design from the University of British Columbia, where they also earned a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering specializing in Nanotechnology and Microsystems. In addition to their engineering work, Sam has served as a Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant at the University of British Columbia, further demonstrating their commitment to academia and research.
