Xiaoliang Xia has a diverse background in hardware development and strategic account management. From July 2003 to December 2005, Xia served as the HW Development Team Leader and System Architecture Senior Specialist at TOSHIBA, where responsibilities included system architecture, product development, project management, and team leadership, notably establishing the hardware development team and platform. Subsequently, from January 2006 to 2012, Xia worked as a Senior Field Application Engineer at SMSC, focusing on China Telecom and computing accounts, followed by a position at Microchip Technology in the same role for strategic accounts. Since February 2014, Xia has been the Sales Manager for China Strategic Accounts at MaxLinear while also holding the position of Director at 芯耘光电科技有限公司 since March 2017. Xia holds a degree from Zhejiang University, earned between 1999 and 2003.
