Seonghan's earlier experience includes working as a Lead Web Application Developer at Advanced Radio Technology from October 2007 to August 2009, where they implemented a Spectrum Management System with GIS and led a web-based application demonstrating Radio Frequency Statistics in South Korea. Seonghan started their career as a Software Engineer at Mirae Software from November 2005 to September 2007.
