Stanley Mertz

Stanley Mertz has extensive work experience in the retail industry, particularly in operations, merchandising, and sales. Stanley started their career in 1991 at Hechinger / HomeQuarters / Builders Square, where they served as the Operations Merchant for Kitchen, Bath, and Appliances. During their time there, they developed strategic initiatives, created long-range plans for operations and merchandising growth, and implemented commission incentive plans for sales associates.
