Stephen T. Mitchell

Stephen T. Mitchell has a comprehensive work experience in various leadership roles in the lighting industry.

Starting in 1990, Mitchell worked as a Sales Specialist for BUCHANAN Construction Products before moving on to Ideal Industries in 1991. At Ideal Industries, they served as the Sales & Marketing Manager for Retail Sales, where they successfully launched the company into the retail arena and introduced new brands and products.

In 1996, Mitchell joined SIMKAR, LLC as the Director of Retail Channel National Accounts, where they played a pivotal role in managing national accounts for the retail channel.

In 2004, Mitchell joined Sea Gull Lighting Products, LLC as the Vice President of Business Development for the Builder Channel. Stephen T. later took on the responsibility of re-launching the company's Retail Channel initiative.

Moving on, Mitchell worked as the Vice President of Sales at JIMWAY, Inc. - A consolidated Lighting Group from 2011 to 2015.

From 2015 to 2017, Mitchell served as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Congdon Associates/CADCo.

Most recently, Mitchell joined MaxLite in 2017 and has held several roles within the company. Stephen T. started as the Vice President of National Accounts & Utilities, then transitioned to the role of Vice President of ESCO & National Accounts. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Business Development - Energy Solutions.

Stephen T. Mitchell obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from jobs in Business Administration, where they studied from 1986 to 1990. In 2021, they completed the Leadership Development Program at the Center for Creative Leadership, specializing in Organizational Leadership.
