John Thompson has over two decades of experience in systems administration and customer services. Currently serving as the Lead Systems Administrator at MaxMind since August 2011, John has developed expertise in managing complex systems and providing technical support. Prior to this role, John worked at Socialtext from 2005 to August 2011, holding positions as Sysadmin and Manager of Customer Services. Earlier in John's career, a role as Tools Engineer at Critical Path from 2000 to 2001 provided foundational skills in managing system tools and resources.
