Christian Studer is a passionate and experienced innovation leader currently serving as the Manager of Group R&D at maxon. With a strong technological background in mechanics, electronics, software, and AI, Christian has led interdisciplinary teams and spearheaded digital transformation initiatives at Schindler Group. Previously, Christian contributed as an Embedded Schindler Engineer for the Solar Impulse Mission, which aimed to promote clean energy through solar-powered flight. Educated at ETH Zürich, Christian holds both a Doctorate in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s in Civil Engineering, complemented by training in high-performance leadership from IMD.
