Geiser Reto is currently the Leiter Competence Center at maxon and has been a Vorstandsmitglied at Young Swiss Engineers since 2018, advocating for young engineers in Switzerland. They previously held several positions at maxon, including Leiter DC-Antriebe and Leiter Competence Center Rotor/Antriebe, and served as a Projektleiter at Genge & Thoma AG from 2011 to 2012. Geiser holds a Federal Diploma as a Polymechanic and has pursued advanced studies in Strategic Management, Supply Chain and Logistics Management, and Digital Management at Kalaidos Fachhochschule Schweiz. Additionally, they briefly served as Head of Operations (ad interim) at Parvalux Electric Motors in 2023.
